Idea
We define direction and story.
About the team
iGEM STUDIO designs automation that an operator can use every day, not automation that just looks good in a demo. Built on results proven with major Korean enterprises and partner companies, with deep understanding of purchasing, production, shipping, and accounting flows.

Idea
We define direction and story.
Growth
We shape positioning and expansion.
Execution
We build the web, video, and systems.
Monetization
We connect the work to real revenue.
Founder story
Theo spent 7 years in Hyundai Mobis Procurement and 6 of those leading operational automation. ERP, POs, invoices, packing lists, production plans, supplier data — the complex daily flows of manufacturing operations.
Repetitive manufacturing back-office work is not a headcount problem. It is a problem of the same data being re-entered and re-checked across customer formats, internal Excel, ERP, and department reports. iGEM STUDIO reads that flow and reduces the repetition.
I.G.E.M
I.G.E.M = Idea → Growth → Execution → Monetization.
Read the idea, shape the growth path, build the execution layer, connect it to actual revenue. Those four stages are how we look at every project.
Principles
01
Automation starts from operational understanding, not tooling. We see what operators look at, where they re-type, what exceptions they check.
02
We do not change everything at once. We start with the highest-frequency, fastest-payoff work.
03
Good automation is one the operator owns, not just the developer. We document usage and exception handling alongside the build.
04
We work on top of the existing ERP, Excel, email, and document flows your team uses today.
Leadership team
We move on team judgment, not on one founder's instinct.
